Risk assessment that gives you a clear, prioritised plan
Before you spend on new tools, understand where you really stand. We assess your security controls, data handling and DPDP readiness, then deliver a practical roadmap ranked by risk and cost.
Security and DPDP readiness reviews, designed around your environment
Our assessments combine interviews with process owners, technical checks of key systems and review of policies and evidence. Findings are mapped to a recognised framework and to your business risks, and every recommendation comes with effort, cost range and priority. For organisations processing personal data, we include a DPDP Act readiness review covering notices, consent, safeguards, breach response and data principal rights.
Spending without priorities
Security budgets often go to the latest product rather than the biggest risk.
DPDP obligations are unclear
Many organisations are unsure what the DPDP Act and Rules require of them in practice.
Leadership lacks a clear picture
Boards need risk in business terms, not lists of technical findings.

Who needs a DPDP readiness assessment?
Any organisation that processes digital personal data of individuals in India, such as customers, patients, students or employees. The Rules phase in obligations over 12 to 18 months from November 2025, so starting early matters.
Is this a certification audit?
No. A risk assessment identifies gaps and priorities. It can prepare you for a certification audit, which is carried out by an accredited body.
How long does an assessment take?
Most assessments take two to six weeks depending on size, number of sites and scope.
Do you also fix the gaps?
We can. Many clients engage us to implement the roadmap, but the assessment stands on its own and is yours to use with any provider.
