Infrastructure monitoring that acts on every alert
Monitoring tools are only useful if someone acts on the alerts. We set up and tune monitoring for your servers, networks, applications and websites, and our engineers respond within the support hours in your contract, business hours (8x5) or round the clock (24x7).
Monitoring set up, tuned and acted on, designed around your environment
We deploy or adopt your monitoring platform and tune thresholds so alerts mean something. Within your contracted hours, our engineers acknowledge alerts, diagnose issues, perform first-line fixes such as service restarts or disk clean-ups under agreed runbooks, and escalate with full context when deeper work is needed.

Questions about infrastructure monitoring
Related services
Do you run a NOC?
No. We do not operate a shared network operations centre. We set up and tune monitoring on your platform, and our engineers respond to alerts during the hours agreed in your contract: business hours (8x5) or round the clock (24x7).
Can you use our existing monitoring tool?
Yes. We can operate most mainstream monitoring platforms, or deploy one if you do not have it.
What can your engineers fix directly?
That is defined in runbooks during onboarding. Common examples include restarting services, clearing disk space and failing over links.
What hours do you cover?
Whatever your business needs, set in the contract: anywhere from business hours (8x5) to round the clock (24x7), remotely and at your premises. Response targets for P1 to P4 issues and reporting are agreed in the same contract.
