Backup and recovery you can actually rely on

A backup is only as good as your last successful restore. We design backup and disaster recovery with immutable copies, offsite replication and regular restore tests, so you know exactly how fast you can recover.

Ransomware-resistant backups and tested recovery, designed around your environment

We design around two numbers your business agrees to: how much data you can afford to lose (RPO) and how long you can afford to be down (RTO). From there we build layered backups with immutable and offsite copies, automate verification and document a recovery runbook that your team has rehearsed.

Ransomware

Ransomware targets backups first

Attackers routinely find and destroy backups before encrypting production systems.

Reliability

Untested backups fail silently

Jobs report success while data is incomplete or unrecoverable.

Downtime

Recovery time is unknown

Without agreed targets and practice, a restore can take days instead of hours.

What's included

  • Image and application-aware backups
  • Instant VM recovery
  • Granular file, mailbox and database restore
  • Immutable repositories and object lock
  • Encryption in transit and at rest
  • Cloud and offsite replication

Our technology partners

We resell, implement and support these platforms. Our recommendation depends on your environment, existing investments and budget, not on a preferred vendor.

Questions about backup & disaster recovery

Related services

What is the 3-2-1-1-0 rule?

Keep 3 copies of data on 2 different media, with 1 copy offsite, 1 copy immutable or offline, and 0 errors after verification. It is a widely used baseline for ransomware-resilient backup.

What are RPO and RTO?

Recovery Point Objective is the maximum data loss you can accept, measured in time. Recovery Time Objective is the maximum time a system can be down before it causes unacceptable harm.

How often should we test restores?

Critical systems should have restore tests at least quarterly, with a full DR exercise annually. Automated verification can check backups daily.

Can you back up Microsoft 365?

Yes. We protect Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams data with independent backups and granular restore.
