Email security that stops phishing before the inbox
Email is still the number one way attackers get in. We layer filtering, sandboxing, authentication and user reporting so fewer threats arrive and the ones that do get caught quickly.
Phishing, BEC and malware defence, designed around your environment
We harden email at three layers: what reaches the gateway, what reaches the inbox and what users do with it. That includes configuring native protections you may already own, adding sandboxing where needed, and moving your domain to DMARC enforcement without breaking legitimate mail.
Phishing beats basic filters
Well-crafted phishing uses clean domains and legitimate cloud services that simple spam filters let through.
Business email compromise
A single spoofed message asking finance to change bank details can cost more than a ransomware attack.
Your domain can be spoofed
Without DMARC enforcement, attackers can send email that appears to come from your own domain.

How Provision delivers email security
Audit
We review mail flow, DNS records and current protection settings.
Harden
Native protections are configured and gaps filled with additional controls.

Questions about email security
Related services
We use Microsoft 365. Is built-in protection enough?
Microsoft 365 includes useful protections, but many are not enabled or tuned by default. We start by configuring what you already pay for, then recommend additional layers only where gaps remain.
What is DMARC and why does it matter?
DMARC tells receiving mail servers what to do with messages that fail SPF and DKIM checks for your domain. At enforcement, it stops attackers sending email that pretends to be you.
Will DMARC enforcement block our legitimate emails?
Not if it is done in stages. We monitor reports first, authorise every legitimate sender, then move to quarantine and reject.
Can users report suspicious emails?
Yes. We deploy a report button that sends suspicious messages for analysis and can remove the same message from every other inbox.
