Job Description:
We are looking for ambitious, career-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Business Development Associates. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about IT solutions sales and marketing. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to identify business opportunities, engage clients, and help deliver tailored IT solutions across software, cybersecurity, and infrastructure domains.
Key Responsibilitie:

Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, introducing company services and solutions

Collaborate with senior sales personnel, technical consultants, and vendor partners

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales progress using CRM tools

Travel within the city for client visits (own bike/scooter preferred)

Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets

Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and recommend solutions

Schedule appointments and site visits based on qualified leads
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Education: BBA or equivalent (Management with technical background preferred).
- Strong interest in IT solutions sales and marketing.
- Fluent English communication is mandatory (both verbal and written).
- Basic knowledge of technology, IT software, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure is a plus.
- Good negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Compensation & Benefits:
- CTC: ₹2,50,000.00 per year + Benefits
- PF, ESI, and statutory benefits (as applicable)
