Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to spearhead the expansion of our IT infrastructure hardware and software solutions in the East India region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the IT industry, with a deep understanding of the market and a passion for building strong customer relationships.
Experience: 5-8 years in IT Hardware and Software Sales
Qualification: Graduate. MBA in Sales and Marketing from leading B-Schools preferred. Existing customer base in the target region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, and Jharkhand.
- Build and nurture relationships with key accounts and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive lead generation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful sales execution.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the West Bengal, Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand, and North East markets.
- A ready set of customers in these regions.
- Strong sales expertise in IT hardware, including Servers, Storage (RAID, HBA, iSCSI, LUN), HCI, HPC, and Networking (racks, switches, routers, access points, controllers).
- Proficiency in software sales, including Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), Network Monitoring (ManageEngine, SolarWinds), Endpoint Management (ManageEngine, Soti, IPM+), and Backup (Acronis, Veritas, Veeam).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hunter mentality to secure new clients.
